In an effort to protect the health of both our employees and our customers, as of Tuesday, March 24, we are not allowing non-employees into our facilities. We will maintain our regular business hours and are here for any of your parts, service, or sales needs. Our buildings will remain locked but operations will continue via curbside pickup, telephone, and online communication.
To ensure that our customers have access to the parts they need, we will offer Curbside Pick-Up. Parts can be ordered either by online request or by phone from your home, work, or in our parking lot. Arrangements for pick-up can be made upon placement of order with a Vermeer Southeast Parts representative.
Service appointments can be made by online request through our website or by phone with a Vermeer Southeast Service representative.
Road Service will still be available and can be made by online request through our website or by phone with a Vermeer Southeast Service representative. We request the minimum of 6’ safe zone, as regulations have advised, from our team member while they work on your equipment.
Sales appointments will be limited to those that are essential. Our sales team will maintain communication by phone and email whenever possible and continue to be fully engaged in serving you and giving you access to the equipment you rely on.
